Educational and preliminary nature

Mortgage King AI, the Mortgage Calculator, Instant Pre-Qual and other public website content provide education, planning estimates and limited preliminary information. They are not a substitute for a complete mortgage application, credit review, documentation, automated underwriting, lender underwriting or formal mortgage disclosures.

No loan approval or commitment

Nothing on the public website is a loan approval, verified pre-approval, commitment to lend, guarantee of financing, rate lock, Loan Estimate or underwriting decision unless Mortgage King or an applicable lender separately provides a formal document that clearly states otherwise.

Instant Pre-Qual

Instant Pre-Qual relies on approximate, self-reported and unverified information and Mortgage King’s current public planning assumptions. Actual borrowing capacity, payment, loan amount, program eligibility and approval can differ after complete review. A “Licensed Review Is Needed” result is not a denial.

Mortgage King AI

Mortgage King AI can make mistakes, omit information or misunderstand a question. Do not rely on it as legal, tax, insurance, investment or individualized underwriting advice.

Rates, costs and programs

Rates, points, fees, mortgage insurance, loan limits, taxes, insurance, HOA, escrows, closing costs and program requirements can change. Any public benchmark is general market/planning information, not a Mortgage King offered rate, APR, lock or commitment. The separate internal Instant Pre-Qual interest assumption is not displayed.

Your information

You are responsible for the approximate information you choose to enter. Do not enter sensitive identifying information or financial documents in Mortgage King AI, the Mortgage Calculator or Instant Pre-Qual.

Secure application and documents

Use the approved Jupiter/MyMortgageApp secure workflow for the official mortgage application, credit authorization and mortgage documents.

Licensing and third-party services

Mortgage King provides mortgage services only where Mortgage King LLC and the applicable mortgage loan originator are properly authorized. Third-party services linked from the site may have separate terms, privacy notices and availability.

Availability

Mortgage King may change, suspend, limit or discontinue website features for maintenance, security, compliance, stale data or other operational reasons.

No guarantee of exact calculator treatment

Public calculations use the inputs and assumptions shown. A lender may calculate income, debts, taxes, insurance, mortgage insurance, escrows or other items differently.

Prohibited use

• Do not bypass security controls or manipulate signed results/PDFs.
• Do not submit malicious code or overload/abuse the public AI/API.
• Do not scrape or attack the site, impersonate another person or use it for unlawful activity.

Intellectual property and disclaimer

Mortgage King branding, original website content and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. To the extent permitted by law, public website content and tools are provided for informational/planning use without a guarantee that every calculation, response or feature will be error-free or continuously available.
