Public tools

Mortgage King AI, the Mortgage Calculator and Instant Pre-Qual provide mortgage education, planning calculations and limited preliminary information. They do not replace a complete mortgage application, credit review, verification, automated underwriting, lender underwriting or required mortgage disclosures.

Instant Pre-Qualification

An Instant Pre-Qualification result is based only on approximate, self-reported and unverified information and Mortgage King’s current public planning assumptions. It is not a loan approval, verified pre-approval, commitment to lend, rate quote, rate lock, Loan Estimate, underwriting decision or guarantee of financing. Mortgage King has not verified credit, income, assets, employment, property/project eligibility or automated-underwriting findings through the public tool.

A “Licensed Review Is Needed” result is not a denial and does not mean the consumer cannot qualify. It means the limited public tool does not issue its automated preliminary result for that scenario without additional licensed review.

Rates and costs

Any public market-rate benchmark displayed by Mortgage King AI or the Mortgage Calculator is general market/planning information from the identified source and date. It is not a Mortgage King offered rate, APR, rate lock or commitment. The separate internal interest assumption used by Instant Pre-Qual is not displayed. Rates, points, fees, mortgage insurance, taxes, homeowners insurance, HOA, escrows, closing costs and loan-program availability can change.

Calculator and pre-qualification cost figures are estimates. They are not a Loan Estimate, Closing Disclosure or final cash-to-close calculation.

Loan programs

Program descriptions are general educational information. Actual eligibility depends on the complete borrower, property, documentation, lender/investor, automated-underwriting and underwriting requirements in effect when the loan is evaluated.

Licensing

Mortgage King LLC provides mortgage services only where the company and applicable mortgage loan originator are properly authorized. Verify current information through NMLS Consumer Access.

Secure application and documents

Do not send Social Security numbers, government identification, bank statements, tax returns, pay stubs, complete credit reports or other sensitive mortgage documents through Mortgage King AI, the Mortgage Calculator, Instant Pre-Qual or ordinary email. Use the secure Jupiter/MyMortgageApp workflow provided by the applicable Mortgage King Loan Expert.

Third-party secure system

Jupiter/MyMortgageApp is used for the official mortgage application and secure document workflow. Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy notices and availability.
